EG&G The 5204 Lock-In Analyzer allows both the in-phase and quadrature components of an applied signal to be quickly and easily measured. Frequency range is 0.5 Hz to 100 kHz. Input impedance is 100 Mohms shunted by no more than 25pF. Voltage range is from 100 V to 250 mV full scale in eight ranges. Input can be either single-ended or differential as selected by front panel push-button.
