Covering a frequency range of 10Hz to 20.999 999999 MHz, the 3336C Synthesizer / Function Generator is designed for traditional synthesizer applications as well as R&D and producion testing of systems or components. Features precision level control (-71.23 to +8.76 dBm, 50 ohm), high spectral purity, internal frequency sweep and numerous user conveniences which make this unit an excellent choice. HP-IB programmable, the 3336C is widely used in ATE systems. AM modulation frequency range is 50Hz to 50kHz; Phase modulation frequency range is DC to 5kHz.
