Description
The Agilent 50W, N6761A is a precision DC power module that provides precise control and measurements in the milliampere and microampere region with the ability to simultaneously digitize voltage and current, and capture those measurements in an oscilloscope-like data buffer when used in the N6700 Low-Profile mainframe or data log measurements when used in the N6705A DC Power Analyzer mainframe. For leakage current measurements on handset power amplifiers and other semiconductor devices, or for sleep-mode current measurement of battery powered devices, this module can be ordered with Option 2UA. Option 2UA adds a 200 MicroA full-scale current measurement range suitable for measurements down to 1.
