AQ7750 Optical Sampling Oscilloscope is designed for evaluating high speed devices and optical transmission quality used in ultra high speed optical network. Its 500 GHz bandwidth allows to measure 40 Gbit/s and 160 Gbit/s signals.
AQ7750 provide comprehensive waveform analysis functions such as pulse waveform analysis for pulse width, rising and falling time evaluation and eye waveform analysis for eye opening and SNR (optical Q factor) evaluation. It support trigger gate function and polarization-independence for optical recirculating loop experiment.
