have a dynamic range of 105 and 110 dB, respectively. Maximum average noise
level is -100 dBm for the '53A and -115 dBm for the '63A. Total level accuracy
is 1.3 dB from 100 kHz to 3.1 GHz and 1.8 dB from 3.1 to 8.1 GHz.
