Tektronix DTGM21 4CH 4.0V Single-ended Output Module for DTG5000
The TEK-DTGM21 is a 4 channel single-ended output module that provides higher
output amplitudes into 50 ohm loads and includes tri-state (Hi Z) output
control. Applications include semiconductor characterization at data rates up
to 1.1Gb/, memory and bi-directional bus testing. The DTGM21 with both 50 ohm
and 25 ohm source modes, is an improved replacement for the discontinued
DTGM20 output module.
