The CG5011 Programmable Calibration Generator can be used in a computerized system for calibration and verification of all major oscilloscope parameters. The unit is designed to cover both analog and digital requirements up to 2GHz. It is ideally suited for environments where multiple scopes are maintained. Used in the TM5000 Scope Calibration Mainframe (not included).
