The N5306A is a key component of the E2960 family of PCI Express test solutions. It is an I/O modules that fits into the N5540A or N5541A N2X chassis.
The N5306A supports x1 through x8 PCI Express links, and with two combined modules, can probe a x16 PCI express link.
The N5306A can be used in conjunction with a wide range of probing options, including mid-bus, slot interposer and flying leads probes.
With the addition of a P2L gateway cable, it is possible to do cross bus analysis of multiple technologies with a combination of the Protocol Analyzer and Logic Analyzer.
