The PG508 Pulse Generator provides a pulse period of < / = 20 ns to > / = 200 ms between 50MHz and 5Hz and features independently variable rise times and fall times to 5 ns. 20 V in a ?20 V window to high impedance, 10 V into 50 ohms. Requires TM 500-Series Power Module (sold separately).
