Agilent/HP N6753A High-Performance Autoranging DC Power Module, 20V, 50A
The Agilent N6753A is a high performance autoranging DC power module that offers speed and accuracy for test optimization. It provides low noise, high accuracy and programming speeds with active down programming that are up to 10 to 50 times faster than other programmable power supplies.
This module can be ordered with High Speed Test Extensions, which offer an oscilloscope-like digitizer that simplifies system configuration and increases measurement accuracy when viewing high-speed transient or pulse events within the device-under-test (DUT). Along with the oscilloscope-like digitizer, the high speed test extensions include LIST mode, which allows the DC Power Module to function like a low-frequency power Arbitrary Waveform generator.
This module can also be ordered with Output Disconnect relays or Output Disconnect/Polarity Reversal relays.
