The 311 Primary Phase Angle Standard operates in the frequency range of 30Hz to 10kHz. When used with a separate ratio transformer and null detector, this instrument can generate a precision phase shift and can perform precision phase angle measurements. The phase shifters resolution is better than 12 ?? for any phase setting. The max input voltage (500Hz to 2kHz) is 125 Vrms.
