The R&S TS8916B provides RF- and multicarrier protocol tests for GSM mobiles and comprises a total of nine physical RF channels and additional RF equipment to implement effects of fading or narrow band and wide-band interferers as required by the GSM type approval specifications. The heart of the R&S TS8916B is the Digital Radio communication Test Set R&S CRTC02, the workhorse in worldwide development and type approval of GSM mobile stations.
