The Agilent E4866A 10.8 Gb/s generator module and E4867A 10.8 Gb/s analyzer module is each one VXI slot wide. The ParBERT 10.8 Gb/s modules are able to generate and analyze differential or single-ended signals at data rates from 9.5 to 10.8 Gb/s.
For high performance test needs, the E4866A generator module can be used in combination with the N4868A Booster module. The Booster module is available to order with either 1 differential (2 single-ended) or 2 differential (4 single-ended) data outputs.
The ParBERT 10.8 Gb/s modules make the Agilent ParBERT 81250 ideal for addressing following applications:
