The Tektronix VX4287 32-Channel Differential Analog/Digital Input Module is a single width, C size printed circuit board assembly for use in a C size or larger mainframe conforming to the VXI bus Specification. The thirty-two differential inputs of the VX4287 Module can be configured under program control to function either as thirty-two digital inputs (Digital Mode), as thirty-two comparator inputs with time tagging (Analog Mode), or as sixteen channels of each ( combination Analog / Digital mode).
