The AVO-7 series of pulse generators is designed for pulsing laser diodes and other low impedance loads with amplitudes as high as 150 Volts or 150 Amperes. Model AVO-7B1-B provides up to 80 Amperes (20 Volts to RL > 0.25 Ohms) with pulse widths variable from 1 to 100 us. The rise time is 0.5 us.
