The Programmable V882 Precision Transformer Tester provides 20
independent test channels for faster and more efficient production
transformer testing. The large LCD graphic display is accommodated with a
pass/fail LED indicator and has an internal speaker for manual continuity
checks. Its improved technology allows it to format up to 6 numeric
digits. The versatile I/O interface has a RS-232, printer and remote
control port for application programming. The V882 additionally offers
optional Multi-link solution software for a more straight-forward intuitive
operation. The tester includes a CE Mark Compliance safety regulation. The
V882 Transformer Tester is a portable easy-to-use, unit that comes with a
power cord, 4-terminal Kelvin clips, and a users guide are a few of the
significant accessories included.
The 0.2% basic accuracy of the V882 ensures consistent, reliable and
repeatable measurements over a large number of test functions. Transformer
measurement test parameters include: DC Resistance (DCR), AC Resistance (ACR),
Inductance (L), Leakage Inductance (LL), Capacitance (C), Magnetics Q
factor (Q), Impedance (Z), Phase Angle (Φ) or Phase Shift, Turns Ratio and
Polarity (+/-).
