Model LR8431-20 constitutes an update to the MEMORY HiLOGGER 8430-20, a 10-channel instrument that HIOKI launched in August 2008. The new instrument introduces two major improvements to its predecessor: USB flash drive support and improved thermocouple measurement accuracy. Together, these changes promise increased convenience for customers.

Thanks to its ability to write data recorded over an extended period of time to a USB flash drive, the LR8431-20 makes it much easier to save measurement data.

Measurement accuracy for K thermocouples has been improved from plus/minus 3 degrees C (previous models) to plus/minus 1.5 degrees C. Improved accuracy means more reliable measurement results.
Display of remaining time on recording media for superior convenience
The LR8431-20 displays how much time is remaining based on available space on CF card and USB flash drive recording media, allowing operators to avoid running out of space while recording.

The LR8431-20 fits in the palm of your hand, making it the smallest instrument in its class. Just 101 (H) by 176 (W) by 41 (D) millimeters in size and weighing just 550 grams (without peripherals), the instrument offers excellent portability and mobility. It can measure 10 channels at sampling speeds as high as 10 milliseconds.
