The NI PCI-6552 is a 100 MHz digital waveform generator/analyzer. It features 20 channels with programmable voltage levels and per-clock cycle, per-channel direction control. The board contains deep onboard memory with triggering and pattern sequencing. The latest version of the NI-HSDIO driver software also adds the ability to perform immediate comparisons of expected data with acquired response data. With these board features, you can meet a wide range of digital stimulus-response application challenges, such as functional testing of memory chips and bidirectional communication.
The NI Digital Waveform Editor is an interactive software tool you can use with NI 6552 devices to quickly and easily create, edit, and import digital waveforms. The Digital Waveform Editor is included with the 8 and 64 Mb/channel models.
Features:
100 MHz maximum clock rate
-2.0 to 5.5 V programmable voltage levels in 10 mV steps
20 channels with per-cycle, per-channel bidirectional control
Real-time hardware comparison of acquired response data
NI Synchronization and Memory Core (SMC) device for subnanosecond multidevice synchronization
