The Agilent 1155A is a two-channel low mass active probe for Agilent Infiniium oscilloscopes (54800, 8000, 80000, 9000 and 90000 Series). It combines a probe tip that weighs less than 1 gram with the superior performance of an active probe. It's a powerful combination ideal for attaching to fine-pitch ICs and probing surface mount components. This probe is not compatible with Agilent�s InfiniiVision 5000, 6000 or 7000 Series oscilloscope. Order the 1145A active probe with BNC probe interface and the 1142A power supply for use with the InfiniiVision 5000/6000/7000 Series.
